Rule Security Analyzer (RSA) as part of DevOps

Version: 7.4

We are hoping to run Rule Security Analyzer (RSA) as part of our build process managed using Jenkins Automation Server. Please point me to documentation on how this can be achieved? Is it possible to run RSA check outside of Pega?
