Rule and Data Instance Forms not rendered
On opening Rule Instances or Data Instances like flow rules or Operator ID instances, the CSS is not rendering and the instance is shown in HTML only.

Hi Sayan,
It sounds a caching issue to me.
Can you do a caching clean up and a server restart?
If it still does not resolve the issue, can you try the following?
For a Flow rule, open RuleForm Harness under Rule-Obj-Flow class, click private edit and save it.
For an Operator ID, open RuleForm Harness under Data-Admin-Operator-ID class, click private edit and save it.
Please check if the above actions can fix your issue.
