RPA- Robot Status- Unhealthy
Hi,
Robots is in Unhealth and Running, But it is not processing any work. Not Sure why the robot is in Unhealth mode. How to make the Robot active ?
Preveiously It was processing the all the work assigned to Robot queue. Now it is not working.

There are 3 reasons a robot can become unhealthy.
#1 - robotic console does not receive a heartbeat from the robot
#2 - a work item is not completed successfully and the robot exceeds the Max Failed Automations count
#3 - a work item took longer than the Max Automation Run Time
To resolve #1 you need to go into Pega Designer Studio and reset the "Operator is available to receive work" for the robots OperatorID.
#2 and #3 should resolve themselves when the robot successfully completes another work item.

Hi Thomz,
I am currently using Pega 7.2.2 and, Yes I have modified the queue configurations . Is it causing the issue? If Yes How do we Resolve this issue.?
