In Row production in one of the host web user should be separated from stream

We have row production environment and we have 19 JVM's in it .in of the node wdvwrowdbprd02 webuser & stream combinley configured with port 9090 as like above and we should separate the webuser from stream .
my idea is by increasing the RAM of the node and we can install the folder separate Tomcat in that node and there i want to configure the webuser node with port 7090 . Does it works ? if it works then tell me the procedure and steps please ?
