Row is not getting highlighted into Red color, when a specific field is called in WB

Created a Property of type "Checkbox".When the work object is generated, the particular property in the row should be displayed in Red color in the WB.

Tried in different ways:

i) created a when condition and included in ListView of WB in the format tab

ii) created a expression and callled in format tab of listview. 

Turnned in to italic but color is not getting displayed.

Try using !important with your color attribute and see whether that makes any difference or not. 

Also using F12 / Chrome debugger can help you to identify where exactly your style is getting overridden and you can then adjust your styles accordingly.
