Robotics studio Crash

I have installed Pega Robotics automation studio 8.0 SP1 version on my machine and I was not able to open it. Its keep on crashing before launching the Studio.

I have seen couple of the pega posts and tried to change Param values in Studio config file.Still not working.

Any body faced this kindaa issue.

FYI---- I have both Studio and runtime on same machine.

Hello Venkat, 

You cannot install both Pega Robotics Studio and Pega Robotics Runtime in same enviroment with SP1 versions. You can only have one or the other. If you need to test something in Runtime in Studio enviroment you can use the runtime from its installation directory. 

Next Steps:

  • Uninstall Pega Robotics Runtime and Pega Robotics Studio
  • Install Pega Robotics Studio
