Rich text box control formatting issue when read-only

     Hi,

     We are using rich text box control to open a link to word doc but once it gets chnged to read-only mode it creates a format isse ( few spaces are lost etc.). How can we solve this ?

Pega 7.2 uses the CK Editor version 4.3.x.  The issue seems to exist even in v4 as per the bug. Once the behavior is fixed in CKeditor, the latest CK Editor version may be included into the upcoming versions of Pega i.e as an enhancement.

SR-A52012 for your reference. There are many issues related to RTE control.

try adding <pega:reference format="RichTextDisplay" name="[.PropertyName]"></pega:reference> if that works?
