Review Hyperlink in pyCaseTools section

Hi All,

I am working on Pega 8.1 and Pega 7.3.0. 

In Pega 7 pyCaseTools Section we have link for review. When we click on review link system displays------- Please correct flagged fields before submitting the form!

If there are any required fields in the form.

In Pega 8 when we click on review link system allows directly to review the item without any message on screen.

Why there is a different behaviour for both the versions?Can anybody help me understand this?
