Retaining page index of repeating grid on refresh section , need to refresh the section for reflecting the visibility on that grid

We are using three buttons as the headers and on click of those buttons need to show different sections as per the use case , one of those sections contains the repeating grid .

As user shifts to different tab clicking on 2nd button and again coming back to first tab clicking on 1st button . user wants to stay on the same page in the repeating grid where he/she was before .

Need to use the "Refresh-Section"   "on-click" action to refresh the section containing all the three dynamic layouts with visibility conditions.

Please can someone suggest any solution in the above scenario?
