results per page dynamically in grid repeat layout

Is there any ootb solution  to show results per page configured by a user dynamically in a grid repeat layout.

Example if we get 100 results based on user search,by default we will show 20 results per page, but user should be able to configure that value say 30 results per page.

I see the feedback request was raised for this long back , ref- FDBK-12458. Is there any resolution/enhancement/outcome?
