Restrict time Selection between 10:00-10:30

here one user selects slot time 10:00-10:30 to meet an employee in the office while the user comes into office the employee selects the time when the user comes he need to only enter only the time between 10:00 to 10:30 only i want to restrict the user time.

If you are talking in terms of using a date time control, then I do not believe this is possible. You could implement validation, which would prevent the user from submitting the selection, but it will not prevent them from making the selection in the first place.
