Response Timeout Logic
Hi Team,
We have a requirement where for the mobile channel, the client wants to log all the actions sent to the channel as an 'Impression'. Some of these actions the customer may not see as they may not scroll to them within the carousel. So the client will send back a response outcome of 'Shown' if the customer scrolled to the tile.
These tiles can be clicked, which is a positive response, but there is no negative response (ie they cant dismiss the tiles). so I want to use response time out.
My question is does the response timeout functionality only get trigged if a response that contains one of the
'Target Labels' or 'Alternative Labels' does not get sent, or will it not be trigged because the channel is also sending back the 'Shown' outcome, even though its not configure as a label the adaptive model
