Require Date Time & URL on every chrome page

Hi,

Requirement is to take a resulted page from web application as pdf in chrome browser. I have implemented in the way sending ^P on the specific page and save as pdf . But in that saved PDF date/time and URL are not printed which is a mandate to save it as a proof.

Any setting changes in chrome  / any inputs how to implement this?
