Reports for NBA Service Response time

Hi Team,

We are leveraging the OOTB API for prweb/api/PegaMKTContainer/V3/Container/{NBA} for sending out the Next Best Actions to the calling Channel. We are trying to make use of PDC but it is not quite helping us for reporting. We have few reporting requirements as below:

  • How to generate a report with the average response time Pega API took to respond to the channel with or without PDC?
  • How to generate a report to get the total number calls/interactions made to the Pega API?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
