Reporting Queries
I have a Db table which holds AccountID & DataUsage, so a report has to be generated in pega based on % of accounts (Y-axis) against range of data used. Not sure Inorder to acheive this do we have any pega provided ootb functions or we need to create function on own?

I believe what you are talking about is known in SQL terms as grouping data into "buckets" (aka "binning"). I don't know of any OOTB function aliases that will do this in a general way. I believe you will have to write a custom FA that is specific to the buckets you require. I would search the web (e.g., stackoverflow) for SQL buckets or binning as a first step.
