Report Definition Export to Excel enforces User's LDAP Credential

I have a Report Definition with Export to Excel action button which is working fine in PRServlet URL. However, if we login to LDAP URL and tries to Export to Excel then it enforces a re-login. Users are not happy with this and need to fix asap.
