We had applied a declare index for a page list so that we could include the items on the page list in a report. However, after creating the declare index, index properties and tying it to the report definition, we run into this error - No enum constant com.pega.pegarules.priv.database.sqlgen.constants.ColumnType.-9999. 

How could we resolve this issue and what is this error telling us?
