Report definition that contains 2 report definitions
Imagine an object called Major Company, Major compay have its own workers and have other mini companies under it. Mini companies have their own workers.
I have a report definition that gives the workers of the Major company
I have a report definition that gives the workers of the Mini company
I want to have a report definition to the Major companies that gives the workers of the major company and all the workers of its sub companies.
How can this be achieved?

What you meant by Under it ? is it like Major company and minor company has parent child / case sub case relationship ?

yes exactly. It have a list of mini companies related to it (in the major company properties, It have a grid of Mini Companies that are childs of it).

So basically you want to get the data related to your child class from the report definition created in the parent class ? Am I correct ?

Yes thats exactly what I was planning you to suggest. Try Subreport and joins and I am sure you will be able to design as per your requirement.
