Replace part of a string with newline or space

I am getting a address field from excel as "

8806 ALNWICK RD _x000D_
BALTIMORE_x000D_
_x000D_
MD 21234_x000D_"
From this input i need to remove "_x000D_" and replace with "\n" or Space
