Repeating Dynamic Layout not displaying when source is DataPage, this is for Mobile Offline to replace Table.

If the data page is used in a section or harness, whitelisting should not be needed. Have you tried forcing a full sync for the offline user's access group? Have you checked the section used in the repeating dynamic layout to make sure all layouts are dynamic?
