We have an email channel setup to process the incoming emails with attachments. The listener processes the email and creates an "Email Triage [Work-Channel-Triage]" case.
On Email Triage case, there are duplicate attachments.
1. Attachment created from email attachments.[Type: Email Attachment]
2. Attachment for pulse message case. [Type: File]
How do we avoid the duplicate attachment display. We understand we can limit the UI to display the "Email Attachment" types but, we store our documents on S3, we are seeing duplicate attachments there.
