Reminder popup on deadline

Hi

I have an assignment SLA of Goal = 1 day and Deadline = 2 days. If the user is working on the assignment and if it is one hour before the assignment deadline, then a alert pop-up should come in front advising the user that the time is approaching the task deadline. Any suggestions on how to implement this?

Hello,

Any SLA or Agent cant trigger any activities when there is another user who is working on the case. So you cant fire an SLA while the assignment is being worked on by an user.

Having said that, the only possible way I can think of is having some kind of decreasing timer like what we have in our CS .
