Relation between React/Angular and PEGA DX API

Hi,

I am little confused as to what is the relation between React/Angular and PEGA DX API? Is PEGA DX API built on React/Angular technology? Or we use PEGA DX API to interact with applications built on these technologies?

If someone can please give me a brief idea on this, it would be great.
