Regarding Pega

Hi,

Please could you help me with the following:

Is there any restriction on the OS which would prevent data extraction using pega?

Will there be any expected downtimes in case updates/patches need to be applied to Pega?

Can Pega detect changes to application to pro-actively prevent failure?

Does the tool share data in a secure manner? Ex : is it encrypted/SSL?

Is there any restriction on the OS which would prevent data extraction using pega? - Pega can pull data out of interrogated apps.

Will there be any expected downtimes in case updates/patches need to be applied to Pega? - There aren't any expected downtimes to my knowledge.

Can Pega detect changes to application to pro-actively prevent failure? - This would require an automation to monitor.

Does the tool share data in a secure manner? Ex : is it encrypted/SSL? - CredentialStore can collect and distribute data in an encrypted manner. http://help.openspan.com/80/Components/Credential_Component.htm
