Reg: XML tags not displayed in work object attachment

We upgrade from 6.3 to 7.3.1. After that if we click attachment on the work object, the XML format is not displayed. Only XML values are displayed with missing XML tags.

Eg: test is displayed instead of <tag> test </tag>

can anyone suggest a solution for this?

Hi, 

I found the resolution. In step2 of DisplayNote Activity , DisplayNote HTML rule is called.

in the replace: <pre><pega:reference name="pyAttachNote.pyNote" mode="richtext" /></pre>

with <pre><pega:reference name="pyAttachNote.pyNote" mode="text" /></pre>

Note: in our case we used pxAttachNote activity for adding attachment to workobject. but after upgrade to 7.3.1 from 6.3 we observed this issue
