Refresh and Print icon behavior from Traditional Portal (old) to Composite portal

In old traditional portal "Refresh" behaviour will refresh the WorkArea, and "Print" will print current screen, but how to achieve these functionality after upgrade to 7.1.8. somehow i have included icons above the "dynamic container" using "dynamic layout" but on icon click i want to refresh the dynamic container, same for the print also.

Please suggest ASAP.
