Recommended database,DB migration process and PRPC upgrade.

Hi Team,

Future scoped items below :

1) DB migration from Oracle/MSSQL to a less expensive,Scalable and Compatible databases.Provide suggestions regarding the alternate database details along with the DB migration prospects.

2) PRPC 731 upgrade to PRPC 8.X.Suggest regarding the stable version of PRPC8.X.

Also suggest the recommended order of implementation 1 followed by 2 or vice versa ?

Current Application Stack : PRPC731 (CPM731,CPMHC731,HCIF731),MSSQL/Oracle,Tomcat.
