Receive particular campaign only once
Hello!
I was wondering if there is an easy way to make following option: I send campaign A and want that campaign A was received only one time for each customer in target group. For example, if campaign is running every week and in target audience we might have those who received it in last week so I don't want to send them campaign this week.
How to make it?

hi, the right way to do this is via interaction history.
Campaign A will emit the set offfers ( 'X'), this will create an interaction history record for every customer who received offer 'X'
If Campaign A is run the following week, use the interaction history component in the strategy ( or the interaction history on the proposition component ) to test if this customre has received this offer before, in which case don't present this offer when exiting the strtegy.
