RDA Runtime unavailable on Pega Robotics Studio 8.0.1045.0
I am trying to invoke the RDA from the post action of a flow action and i was thrown an error that the Pega Robotic is unavailable. On further investigation we found that the runtime is not available for Pega to invoke the robot.
I tried to check the availability by hitting the "http://localruntime.pega.com:9443/api/v1/runtime/IsAvailable" rest url and I see no response. We see that the port 9443 that was configured for runtime is not being listening and when I run the netstat command to check if the 9443 is lstening, it is not showed in the list of ports that are listening.
The same port is mentioned the run time config file as well.
All the screen shots are attached. Can some one pleae help me in resolving the issue

I didnt get what you meant by SOAP configuartion. It is already configured in the openspan right.
i have configured the runtime confg and studio config. After that i launched the automation adn in the task bar i see that the runtime is availaible. Then if I try to hit the rest url in the browser the I see that there is no response.
