Question on Data model

I am trying to add Remote Employee? property to my On boarding case.  In the data model tab, nothing is displayed.  However, when I try to create the property, I get an error message "This instance already exists" This was noted while doing the exercise.

Can you refresh the page first, and also click on "Show reusable fields" to see if the property already exist? Also, are you able to see the property in the App Explorer?
