Question about the course quiz for Cross sell extended

Hi 

I am going through cross sell on web and while doing this misson i found a problem with the quiz . In the attached images you will see the question about a decision table . It is not mentioned how execution of decision table will be done . Also the CLV value is mentioned for the customer as 550 however the answer does not take it into account . I am attaching two pngs one with the question and one with explanation. Can some one tell me if this is correct
