Question about the between dnodes type and decision service node

Hi all,

 

i have configured application nodetype like (pic1) and i see decision service nodes like this (pic2)

My first question is  : what is the difference between dnodes configure in setenv.sh for application and the decision service nodes in Pega Marketing.

My second question is : it is normal or i need to remove nodes in decision service ?
