pzgetsocialAttachmentReference Activity In Step 1 Obj-browse is not fetching results

Hi Team,

In Pega Pulse I can not able to download Attachment, i am getting error "Unable to open the attachment.you lack required permissions".

When I Traced in Tracer i found pzgetsocialattchmentReference Acitity Firtst Step Obj-brose is not fetching results.

Why it is not fecthing .

Please help me.
