PYPRIOROTY in PR_SYS_QUEUE table

Hello All,

What is the significance of PYPRIORITY column in PY_SYS_QUEUE table?

When pushing a case using queue for agent, can we mention some priority to the case?

And standard agent can start process those cases based on prioroty?
