pxTransferAssignment OOTB activity is failing

Hi I am trying to reassign the cases from one workbasket to users worklist through Call Work-.pxTransferAssignment. and passing all the required parameters . But I am getting an error, it says activity: Acquireworklock is not able to find in the current rulebase. And it is failing. Anu solution for this ?

Hi, I am passing all the required parameters like assignedoperator,destination type as worklist, destination name as operator name. But still I am facing the issue in reassigning.

I am also getting the same error. In one of the article it was mentioned that the class need to be changed, but it was not clear enough or specific what has to be changed.
