pxReqRemoteAddr and pxReqRemoteHost are empty in the clipboard (PEGA 7.2.2)

Hello, 

In the ClipBoard i have  pxReqRemoteAddr and pxReqRemoteHost blank, Can anyone help me with how to fill them?

Because after i would like to recover their values.

Hi,

 

pxReqRemoteAddr = Indicates the IP address of the client system accessing Pega

pxReqRemoteHost = Indicates the Hostname of the client system.

These two properties will be set by Engine based on the client's browser requestor on the pxRequestor page (Code-Pega-Requestor). This page is read-only can't be modified. 

 

There are several reasons why these properties are empty especially using proxy servers with context rewrite enabled, Load balancers, failing to set x-forwarded headers etc. You may explore on this.
