Purging / Archival of History and Index tables

Hi All,

Do we have any recommendations on the optimal way to purge / archive the below tables.

1. Work History Table

2. PR_History

3. Index tables

4. OOTB pr_log_reportstats and Usage table

 

We have the OOTB purge and archive process configured, but the configuration does not purge / archive any of the above tables. 

Any insights will be helpful.
