Purge case based on custom conditions
Hi,
I want to purge some of the cases may be based on case id is it possible to achieve this even with some custom utility also we have to delete all relevant records in data,index,history class as well ?

Pls check the case archival in case type and enable the Based on business logic and time since resolution option and apply your condition.

@ReshmaT71 Go to case type > Settings > click Archival option > select Enable archival and data retention optin then you are able to select the Based on business logic and time since resolution option

@Nadimuthu T I tried this and tried to run pzArchive job schedular activity manually but its not working archive folder is not getting created and the count is shown as zero in Log-ArchivalSummary no error in logs,I tried to customize Data retention policy class pyDefault data transform with my customized status
