We are seeing PRRuntime Exception in production environment.

Rule: doUIAction, Class: @BASECLASS, Code: PRRuntime

Here is my analysis

As per my analysis from logs, null is being passed for one of the UI elements in PyActionLabelDisplaySection(PyCaseHeader section of call and authorization search cases) which could be the reason for PRRunTime exception.
