pr_read_from_stream, is it deprecated in pega 8.8?

pr_read_from_stream, is it deprecated in pega 8.8? 

received error DBMS0003: Report failed due to defined time-out in Pega V8.8. 

We don't have function pr_read_from_stream in database. 

exception generates from pega OOTB report definition pyCompletedAssignmentsDefinition

As per my understanding, it is a timeout error. DBMS0003
