prpcserviceutils export async intermittent issue no file downloaded
Hi there,
We are calling prpcserviceutils export feature to export a product ranging in size from small to approximately 70 MB in size. We are calling this asynchronously and checking status until success is reported. Occasionally, the file is not exported even though a call to get_status reports success. If we re-run the request, it typically downloads the second time. Any ideas why? I'm attaching the properties file setttings for reference. Also, this Pega development environment contains two servers in the cluster, if that helps.

Export and import will create a log record Log-PegaRemoteManagement-Export , Log-PegaRemoteManagement-Import.
Please share the records of the failed export. it will have details of why a failure happens

@SriHarsha Anika Thanks for getting back. Unfortunately, the log file data requested did not provide any clues as to what the issues are. I'm attaching a failed export and a subsequent successful export. It looks like Pega is creating the file, but it's never making it from the Pega server to the target persistent storage.
