pr_page_store records are not deleted after 3 days
We use PRPC 6.2 SP2, we found that pr_page_store table contains records from 2013. But, as per the Pega documentation, these records(related to requestor passivation) should be deleted after 3 days. I have below questions to proceed further,
1. Do we have any setting which modifies the Pega behavior to delete records after 3 days
2. Is it a bug, should I create SR?

Hi Sivaprasad,
Was the system cleaner disabled at any point? If it has been disabled in the past it may be that older entries have been left behind.
The following two tables are used to hold passivation information pr_sys_context and pr_page_store one holds requestor information and the other threads I believe.
In older version of prpc there was a logic issue during the systemcleaner process if the entries where older than 3 days they were left behind.
Can you check if you have HFix-8930 installed in your environment this was a hotfix for 6.2 sp2 and Systemcleaner not cleaning passivation data correctly. If you do not have it then you can raise an SR to request it.

Thanks for the information! HFIX-8930 is not present in our environment. I will create SR to get the hot fix, will update this thread with results after installing the hot fix.
