Proxy error while opening Service REST rule

Hi All,

 

We are seeing Proxy error while opening Service REST & Service Package rules in Pega 8.4.3. After this error, the user session is going to hung state. Looked at the logs but there are no errors.

This is happening only in few environments. Any help to fix it is appreciated.

Error message:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request

Reason: Error reading from remote server
