I am trying to send pega alerts upon rejection or approval of a case, but not getting the correct property to use. Please help here.

A case officer sends a request to the manager for approval and if approved, it goes to IAU officer. Now based on IAU actions, i need to send the alerts. I am concerned for the part below in bold. Need property for IAU officer. I am using "pyUserIdentifier", but not getting any value.

These are the alert formats:

Approved: "iAsk Report against iAsk Request <iAsk Request ID > is submitted by <IAU Officer First name+ Last name>"

Rejected: "iAsk Request <iAsk Request ID > is Rejected by <IAU Officer First name+ Last name>"

Assigned: "iAsk Request <iAsk Request ID > is Assigned to you by <IAU Officer First name+ Last name>"
