Profile update in My Pega

I am selecting my country code and entering my hone number, but it still doesn't allow me to update my profile in My Profile. It always throws the error to correct all fields but there is no other error on screen.

i have also faced this issue multiple times when i check the screen there are no errors. 

Try clicking  the zoom out option to reduce the screen size from 100% to 50 % to see and correct the errors.
