I wanted to know if there is any documentation or OOTB available logic to achieve bulk IH update , also it would be great help if someone can share some insights if already implemented something similar. Requirement : RUn Outbound campaigns to send out NBO's on  emails.

We write offers in a file and share to other system for pushing emails. This system has no capability to write capture response or write anything back to pega . The email link and template also formed outside pega as we are not storing customer sensitive data like email mobile number in pega CAR. So there is no way we can know the response to the NBO. to process response :

some system can send the response back to pega in bulk like daily once at later point of time and we update the IH . 

Do we need to build something from scratch for this or we can use some exisitng DF or utility?
