Printing Error on web browsers
Hi In Our Application User is facing printing Issue trying to use the window printing option.
Below is the error we are facing:
Error being printed out is "JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 404 - PKMNRCHM.htm" See attachment.
gpupdate /force - still same issue
advanced reset to IE - still same issue
reboot pc -stll same issue
Did any one faced the issue. Please let us the best approach to resolve this.

Did this happen recently? Perhaps after an IE cumulative security update? (KB4021558)
If so, this appears to be a defect introduced by Microsoft as part of the security patch. There are numerous reports of the same issue outside of Pega and affecting the general web community.
