The prerequisites and version dependencies for "Pega Foundation for Insurance" (IIF), "Pega Sales Automation" (SA) and "Pega Sales Automation for Insurance" (SAi) are unclear to us with regards to patch level upgrades.

We currently have Pega Platform 8.6.1 on premise and use IIF 8.6.0 and SAi 8.6.0 on top of that.

There are no newer versions of those strategic apps / frameworks. However we noticed, that standard "Sales Automation" (SA) is available with patch level 8.6.5.

Questions:

1. Is it safe to upgrade Pega Platform to 8.6.5 patch level while keeping the strategic applications / frameworks unchanged (IIF 8.6.0 and SAi 8.6.0)?

2. Could (and should) we update the underlying SA to latest 8.6.5 (using package from SA standard edition) or will this interfere with SAi (Insurance add-on?)

3. Is there a public calendar / roadmap for SAi and IIF releases which lists the dependencies, similar to the one for Platform and standard SA found here:

4. If we chose to not only patch but perform a minor upgrade of the platform, e.g. from 8.6.1 to 8.7.3 - would IIF 8.6.0 and SAi 8.6.0 still work and be supported or would we also need to upgrade those to 8.7.x as well?

5. The dropdown below this question form lists "Pega Sales Automation for Insurance" Product Version "8.6.2"; but that cannot be downloaded from My Pega Portal Software Request, only 8.6.0 is available there. How can we obtain 8.6.2 (in case that has been released)?
