Preconfigured Servers project for MyEclipse and WebLogic environment is created empty.

Having followed the steps in the Foundation_Server_DE_Guide.pdf document for setup of workspace for myeclipse, a preconfigured Servers project, for MyEclipse and WebLogic environment is created empty. I am using Win7, MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench Version: 2013 SR2 Build id: 11.0.2-20130823 and weblogic 12.
