Pre upgrade checker for Pega 7.4 Customer service for Financial services
As per https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-crm-update-guide/86/importing-legacy-pre-upgrade-checker-74-81-82 , we have installed and ran it in our application.
We are facing multiple challenges/issues with this legacy pre-upgrade checker . 1. Eventhough we have CSFS, we ran this legacy pre-ugrade checker on base CS Pega ootb application, but we see the result is poor.
With List of the Final rules which are overridden in application: more than 100+ rules
and
List of the rules which are overridden in application : more than 200+ rules
2. If its Pega OOTB CS, why we get this health is Poor?
3. As its ootb Pega CS, will these be automatically fixed when we do the upgrade. And whats the expectation from our team ?
Any suggestions ?
